New mini-series: Tyrannosaurus Hex!

 Dusting off the ol' blog to let you know about my new mini-series: Tyrannosaurus Hex! Only two more months to get the limited edition 8 page preview book, which includes an exclusive look at some of the characters throughout the series. Issue #1 will be available via Omniclipse.com in July!

T-Hex is based in a mysterious and beautiful world called Isiyingi, where magic, prehistoric creatures, and arcane technology all coexist. In this series, a brutal tyrant called Rex Ruin, rises from the wastelands of Isiyingi to create a unstoppable army of the dead. It's up to the warriors of the Hidden-Gingko tribe to stop him.

Updates and Omniclipse Comics

There has been a lack of updates here due to me finishing up my work on Coven, as well as jump starting a  new creator owned comic company with a team of talented artist and writers. Catwoman W.I.P.

Coven #3 Sneak Peek

Stargirl - Colors

Zod

My take on General Zod. A little bit of the Superman II and Man of Steel versions mixed in there, with my own flare. Gave him scars from his previous battles on Krypton, and a suit similar to the current new 52 Superman costume.

Photon

A.K.A Captain Marvel. One of those Marvel characters that really deserves more face-time in their universe. Im happy with how the lines came out on this one.

Stargirl

A warm-up sketch, I ended up inking. . .good ol' Stargirl from the JSA

Storm

Storm in her latest suit (which I really dig).  Penciled with 2h mech. pencil, inked in Manga Studio, colored in Photoshop

Because, why not.

JUGGERNAUT

Always use to sketch this dude on napkins and writting paper - this is my first proper drawing of the big guy.

Had to break in the new sketchbook, so here's a guy I've been wanting to draw for a while - Smeagol/Gollum

Clayman

Another Bat/Spidey-verse mash up of Sandman and Clayface.

The Green Joker

Another amalgam of the Spidey and Bat's villians. Green Joker terrorizes with his razor tipped throwing cards and laughing gas bombs.

Dark-Spider

So, after having fun with the Bane/Venom mash-up, I thought Id try the same with Spider-man/Batman.

"After the death of his parents, 17 year old Peter Wayne wakes from a coma. After being bitten by a genetically altered Wayne-Tech spider, Peter gains enhanced speed, strength, agility, and a "spider-sense" that warns him of danger. Using his own brilliance and Wayne-Tech's endless resources, he creates a synthetic web fluid. Wayne also builds web shooters, and a special suit that allows him glide threw the airways, as well as stick to any surface at will. Under the watchful eye of his uncle, Alfred Parker, Peter becomes the masked vigilante - The Dark-Spider!"

And there you have it. My Spidey/Bats take, ala amalgam style.
